Very often, our partners do not have enough time for the TCO analysis of a product, although the correct anticipation of the costs after the acquisition is essential in the process of selection and acquisition of a product or service. For many types of purchases, TCO analysis finds a very large difference between the purchase price and the costs of the entire life cycle.
Our responsibility is to find opportunities to reduce these expenses. In each company, procurement fulfills an important function, representing a complex process that needs integrated packages of solutions from a single supplier in order to streamline its daily work and optimize costs, thus contributing to increasing the company's profitability.
Our role is to support an increased level of reliability and to optimize costs through high quality products and additional services provided.
* TCO - the total cost of ownership - represents the totality of the direct and indirect costs that a product generates during the entire duration of use, from acquisition costs to those of maintenance and consumption.
* TCA - acquisition cost - of a product represents the purchase price, transport, handling and other expenses that can be directly attributed to the acquisition of the respective goods. Acquisition cost is a management concept considered a tool that best reflects the total resources related to the purchase of a product.
