Role de ghidare

Rolele de ghidare sunt ansambluri cu corpuri de rulare pe unul sau pe două rânduri, care se montează pe axe. Ele constau din inele exterioare cu perete gros şi cu suprafaţa profilată, precum şi din colivii cu ace, respectiv din seturi de role sau de ace fără colivie. Rolele de ghidare preiau încărcări radiale înalte, precum şi sarcini axiale provenite din erorile de aliniere. Ele se utilizează la mecanisme cu came, căi de ghidare, instalaţii de transport etc. Lagărele se oferă cu sau fără inel interior, deschise sau etanşate.

Rulmenţi de tacheţi

Rulmenţii de tacheţi constau din inele exterioare cu peretele gros cu suprafaţă profilată, dintr-un pivot rotund cu filet de fixare, din şaibe de presiune şi din colivii cu ace, respectiv din seturi de role sau de ace fără colivie pe unul sau pe două rânduri. Aceştia preiau încărcări radiale înalte, precum şi sarcini axiale provenite din erorile de aliniere. Ei se utilizează la mecanismele cu came, căi de ghidare, instalaţii de transport etc. Lagărele se oferă în mai multe variante cu sau fără excentric.

Yoke type track rollers

Yoke type track rollers are single or double row units fitted on studs. They comprise thick-walled outer rings with a profiled outside surface and needle roller and cage assemblies or full complement sets of cylindrical or needle rollers. Yoke type track rollers can support high radial loads and axial loads arising from misalignments and skewed running and are suitable for cam drives, slideways, conveying equipment etc. The bearings are available with or without an inner ring as well as in open and sealed versions.

They can support high radial loads and axial loads arising from misalignments and skewed running and are suitable for cam drives, slideways, conveying equipment etc. The bearings are available in several designs and with or without an eccentric.
