Inele interioare

Inelele interioare sunt fabricate din oţel de rulment tratat termic şi au căi de rulare rectificate sau superfinisate.

Ele se utilizează în următoarele cazuri:

  • la inele cu ace, manşoane cu ace, bucşe cu ace, rulmenţi cu ace, dacă arborele nu se poate utiliza ca şi cale de rulare
  • dacă rulmenţii cu ace trebuiesc combinaţi cu inele interioare mai late, pentru a facilita deplasări axiale ale arborelui faţă de carcasă
  • dacă sunt necesare suprafeţe optime de rulare pentru inelele de etanşare.

Inele interioare superfinisate

Calea de rulare a inelelor interioare de tip IR este superfinisată. Teşiturile de la părţile frontale permit montajul uşor a lagărului şi împiedică deteriorarea buzelor de etanşare. Inelele interioare se oferă cu şi fără orificiu de lubrefiere.

Inelele interioare rectificate

La inelele interioare de tip LR calea de rulare este rectificată. Suprafeţele frontale sunt strunjite, muchiile sunt teşite. Aceste inele au toleranţe mai mari faţă de inelele de tip IR. Astfel, acestea se pretează pentru aplicaţii care permit toleranţe mai mari de lăţime şi au cerinţe mai reduse privind bătaia axială.

Inner rings

Inner rings are made from hardened rolling bearing steel and have precision machined or ground raceways.

They are used where:

  • the shaft cannot be used as a raceway with needle roller and cage assemblies, drawn cup needle roller bearings with open ends, drawn cup needle roller bearings with closed end and needle roller bearings
  • needle roller bearings must be combined with wider inner rings in order to facilitate axial displacement of the shaft in relation to the housing
  • optimum running surfaces are required for the seal lips.

Inner rings, precision machined

In inner rings IR, the raceway is precision machined. Chamfers on the end faces allow easy insertion into the bearings and prevent damage to the seal lips of the bearings. The inner rings are available with and without a lubrication hole.

Inner rings, ground

In inner rings LR, the raceway is ground. The end faces are turned and the edges are broken. These rings have larger tolerances than the rings of series IR. They are therefore suitable for applications that permit larger tolerances for width and less demanding requirements for axial runout.
