Ghidajele cu role de conducere sunt ghidaje lineare, asamblate modular pentru diferite tipuri de aplicaţii. Datorită construcţiei lor uşoare sunt adecvate pentru utilizarea în sistemele de manipulare. Ele se caracterizează în special prin rulaj silenţios, viteze de rulare înalte, curse lungi şi prin posibilităţi de asamblare modulară.

Căruciorul de rulare

Ghidajele cu role de conducere se compun dintr-un sau din mai multe cărucioare de rulare din aluminiu, din role de conducere profilate şi dintr-o şină de ghidare lineară sau curbată. Cărucioarele de rulare se livrează în varianta din profil laminat (cu cavităţi longitudinale), deschisă, compactă şi cu suport pivotant pentru ghidajele curbe, ovale sau circulare.

Due to their lightweight construction, they are highly suitable for use in handling systems. They are particularly characterised by quiet running, high traverse speeds, long displacement distances and the modular concept.

Carriages

Track roller guidance systems comprise one or more aluminium carriages, profiled track rollers and a straight or curved guideway. Carriages are available as hollow section carriages, open carriages, compact carriages and bogie type carriages for curved, oval and circular guidance systems.

Guideways

Guideways consist of an aluminium rail with shafts made from rolling bearing steel rolled into the sides. The guideways are available in many different designs, e.g. guideways with a solid profile, hollow section guideways, flat guideways, guideways with a slot etc. Selection depends on the puropse to which the track roller guidance system will be put.

Futókocsik

A futógörgős vezetékek egy vagy több alumínium futókocsiból, profilos futógörgőkből és egy egyenes vagy kör alakú tartósínből állnak. A futókocsik üreges kamrás, nyitott, kompakt és forgózsámolyos kivitelben kaphatók görbe, ovális vagy kör mentén való vezetésekhez.

Tartósínek

A tartósínek anyaga alumínium, gördülőcsapágy-acélból készült, behengerelt futótengelyekkel. A sínek sokféle kivitelben készülnek, vannak például teljes profilos sínek, üreges kamrás sínek, lapos és hornyolt sínek stb. A futógörgős vezeték alkalmazási céljától függően kell kiválasztani a megfelelőt.
