Colivii axiale cu ace

Coliviile axiale cu ace se compun din coroane axiale din material plastic sau din metal cu ace integrate şi au o lăţime axială foarte redusă. Preiau forţe axiale înalte într-un singur sens. Solicitările radiale trebuiesc sprijinite separat. Coliviile axiale impun ca suprafeţele invecinate sa aibe calitate de cale de rulare pentru rulmenţi.

Inele axiale

Inelele axiale sunt ştanţate, tratate termic, rectificate şi se pot folosi ca inel de arbore sau de carcasă. Aceste inele se utilizează în cazurile în care suprafeţele învecinate nu prezintă calitate de cale de rulare pentru rulmenţi, sunt totuşi deosebit de rigide şi precise.

Rulmenţi axiali cu ace

Rulmenţii axiali cu ace sunt ansamble formate din colivii axiale cu ace şi inele axiale cu guler de centrare. Ei se pot combina cu manşoane cu ace, bucşe cu ace şi cu rulmenţi cu ace. Calea de rulare pentru colivia cu ace trebuie să fie tratată termic şi rectificată.
