Ghidajele lineare cu saboţi cu bile de recirculare se compun din saboţi şi din şine de ghidare. Acestea permit distanţe mari între punctele de susţinere, au joc reglabil şi sunt executate in clasa de precizie G3.

Saboţii cu bile fără colivie rulează pe o parte sau pe ambele părţi ale şinelor de ghidare şi sunt foarte portante în pofida gabaritului lor redus. Saboţii montaţi pe sania de ghidare, formează împreună cu şinele, ansamble cu bile de recirculare pe patru rânduri. Racleţii frontali şi longitudinali formează împreună cu şina de ghidare o etanşare cu fantă şi etanşează sabotul pe toate părţile. Saboţii cu bile de recirculare se pot lubrifia şi ulterior.

Cărucioarele de ghidare se compun dintr-un corp de bază din aluminiu eloxat şi din doi saboţi. Pentru fixare la construcţia adiacentă, cărucioarele sunt prevăzute cu caneluri în formă de T. Jocul se poate regla cu ajutorul a trei şuruburi de pe cărucior.
Şinele de ghidare se execută cu căi de rulare pe o parte sau pe ambele părţi. Acestea sunt din oţel tratat termic şi rectificate pe toate suprafeţele.

Linear guidance systems with linear recirculating ball bearing units comprise ball bearing units, carriages and guideways. They allow large support distances, have adjustable clearance and are to standard accuracy class G3.

The full complement bearing units run on one or both sides of the guideways and, despite their small dimensions, have high load carrying capacity. If the bearing units are screw mounted in carriages, together with the guideways they form four-row linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies. The ball bearing units are sealed on all sides by the wipers on the end faces and on the sealing strips which form a gap seal in conjunction with the guideway. Linear recirculating ball bearing units can be relubricated.

The carriages comprise an anodised aluminium body and two linear recirculating ball bearing units. The carriage has two T-slots for fixing to the adjacent construction. The clearance can be adjusted by means of three screws on the side of the carriage; the screws press on the back of the bearing unit.

The guideways are available with raceways on one or both sides. They are made from hardened steel and ground on all sides.
